Upload the FastBound "all non-disposed items" CSV export. Confirm the column mapping once, then you're ready to scan tags. Matching is done by item number; serial number is checked as confirmation.
A live import carries each firearm's FastBound id, and that id is what makes correcting a location from the floor possible at all. FastBound's CSV export has no id column, so an audit loaded from a file can only report the corrections in its CSV for somebody to key in afterwards.

Every correction this app makes is recorded against this person in FastBound’s own history. It has to be a genuine login on the account or FastBound refuses the write.
When a firearm is found somewhere other than where the book says, the audit writes the correct location back. Leave this off and it reports the discrepancy without changing anything.
4473 findings and multiple-handgun-sale warnings. A 3310.4 is due the same day, so this wants an address somebody actually reads.
Alert emails carry a link straight to the captured form. That form has your customer’s name, address and date of birth on it, so the link is a password — give it the shortest life your people can work with.
Every shop on the service. Opening one puts you inside that licensee's records — their firearms, their people, their customers' completed 4473s. It is written to the access log under your name.
The details this client is known by. Their FastBound connection is not here — that lives on their own Settings, which you reach by opening them, so touching a licensee’s credentials is always a logged visit.
Suspending refuses their 4473 deliveries with a temporary failure, so FastBound keeps retrying for 72 hours and nothing is lost if you reinstate them inside that window.
Creates the shop and emails their administrator a link to set a password. You do not enter their FastBound key — they connect it themselves from Settings, or you can do it with them once you open their client.
